After the birth of our second child, my wife ended up with postpartum depression. She was very down all of the time, and would cry without a moments notice. At the time, we talked to our doctor and she was enrolled in a depression treatment program.
The program for anxiety and depression treatment that she was enrolled in helped, but it didn’t solve the problem. Sure, the atmosphere in our home was better, but being surrounded by her depression made the mood of the whole house stressed and depressed. We needed to do something about it.
It was at that point that we talked to Dr. Ho, who suggested a homeopathic treatment for depression that we could use. All she had to do is take a couple drops, three times per day and that was it.
After a couple of weeks things started to improve. In fact, it got to the point where her depression was gone - and there was a sigh of relief in our home. I just hope that when we have our next child, we don’t go through this again - it was sure tough.
I have not always been a big fan of MLM, but it is different this time. I can honestly say for the first time in my life, I am a part of multi level marketing. It is not a decision that I made lightly, but rather, gave it a lot of thought and consideration before taking that first big step into the scary unknown.
I had, in fact, been misinformed for most of my life as to exactly what multi level marketing was. I had always thought it to be a big scam and it had never been something I was willing to give much thought to. That was before I was introduced to GBG. It is an amazing product and it has changed my life.
When I was introduced to these liquid vitamins, I was astonished at what they did for me and my health. I was sold on the product before I considered selling it myself. The reason I believe so much in this MLM venture is because I believe so much in the product. This product basically sells itself and so it can’t be wrong. I also figure it is good to get this product as known as possible, as it’s benefits extend to absolutely everyone.
I love and hate spring. I love the new life, melting of the snow, and the leaves on the trees. That part of spring makes me very happy.
But on the flip side, spring brings pollen, dust and mold out in the air. For me, that is a recipe for coughing, sneezing and a runny nose. Sure, I could bring some tissues with me wherever I go, but when you forget, it is a recipe for disaster.
So, I went to talk to my doctor to see if there was something that I could take to alleviate my allergies - especially when they are really bad. It turns out that he gave me an Allegra D prescription. According to him, Allegra D will relieve my allergy symptoms and reduce my dependence on tissues.
I am going to try it out and hopefully it works. It would be so nice to enjoy spring for a change, instead of suffering through it.
A few years ago, after a brief scare with cancer, I decided that I needed to start making some big changes in my life. I started eating better, exercising and just trying to enjoy who I was as a person. One of the biggest changes I made was the one where I allowed myself some of the luxuries in life that I previously would have scoffed at.
I actually, for the first time ever, took myself out for a pedicure. This is when I first heard about the ion detox foot bath. I decided to take part in this, and have since become quite an ambassador for it. I feel so good afterwards and I think that this is something that everyone should do.
It can be done at home with a homemade kit even. I prefer to go out and have it done professionally, but that is more because it gets me out of the house, having some me time. I think this is something that everyone should look into and try at least once. In fact, I have never known anyone to try it only once. It is that good.
Every business owner that you will talk to will tell you that they would like it if there employees never took a sick day. Not only do they want to maintain a high level of productivity, but no one wishes another person to be sick, right?
With the proliferation of computers in the workplace, there have been an increasing number of sick days as employees have to deal with sicknesses created from the use of technology. Some examples would be eye strain, headaches, and electrosensitivity.
What we have been doing is searching for both the causes and solutions to the large number of sick days our firm has been experiencing. From the research that we have done so far, we have found that most of the health conditions that our workers are experiencing are due to the electromagnetic fields(EMF) coming from our computers.
In an effort to reduce the number of sick days, we have invested in some EMF protection for our office. It is designed to reduce the effects on our employee health by negating the effects of the EMF in the office.
After a couple of weeks of use, our sick days have decreased, but it is too early to tell what the long term benefits of the protection will be. So far we are happy with the results.
I am not new to fads and kicks that are going on around us today. One of the biggest ones is weight loss. This is a multi billion dollar industry, ranging in everything from drugs to literature to clubs. In fact, not a day goes by where there is not some form of advertising telling you that you are fat and that something can be done about it.
I am not one to really buy into all this media mumbo jumbo, but I think that this is worth looking into, to find out what really works and what does not. I know that dieting is not really the answer, as it is becoming something that you really are not.
I am leery about all wonder drugs that claim to make you skinny. You get skinny through making healthy eating choices and by exercise; nothing else. For all of the above mentioned fads, I would say that I would be the biggest fan of the clubs, as it is a lot easier to do something in a group than to do it all alone.
Looking over my bank statement today, I noticed that I had a withdrawal for my personal accident insurance. Now, it has been years since I took out the policy, and strangely no one has contacted me about my coverage.
I thought that I would dig around in my files to see what I did have for coverage as well as what other insurance I was carrying. Since I am not too organized, it took awhile for me to find what I was looking for, but I did eventually find the documentation of my insurance plan.
I guess I have an individual medical insurance plan that also has individual vision insurance. I guess I should have read that feature as I could use some new glasses. But thankfully, I know that now - all I have to do is make a point of making an appointment.
Learn from my mistake: know the details of your medical insurance.
Every so often, it is a good idea to go over the Medicare guidelines. Things in the system do change quite often and we are not always made aware of the changes that have been made. I try to go over the new changes every couple of months or so. There are many reasons for doing this and one major one is that it can save you a lot of money.
My son was diagnosed with diabetes when he was three years old and we always paid for his diabetic supplies. We found out that there were free diabetic supplies available to him four years later, and we had been paying for them the whole time. This is why I now go over all of the changes in the guidelines.
We also realized that we were eligible for Medicare supplement, which would help us with the supplies that were not covered, so would save us even more in the long run. I am so glad that I have started doing this, as I have found many loopholes and saved myself and my family a lot of debt.
I was embarrassed the first time I got a prescription for antidepressants. I had to go and buy Zoloft and I was so concerned about what people must think of me. Now that I have come to grips with my illness, I realize that it was silly of me to think this way. The reason these drugs are prescribed is to help us, not make us feel worse.
I was lucky enough to only have to take them for a short while and was weaned off quite easily. After the birth of my son, I experienced a relapse, in the form of post-partum depression. This time I chose to order Paxil and it, too, worked well and I recovered rather quickly.
After the birth of my daughter, the same thing happened. Only this time, it wouldn’t go away. My doctor suggested that I order Prozac online and hope that would work. It did work and I was happy that my family was complete. It has now been three years and I am a happy-go-lucky mom and have not had a relapse at all.
We own a small baby clothing and accessories store. We have operated it for many years and have seen many products come and go. But this year, we received some products that look like they will stay because of their health benefits.
Just a few years ago we had our first organic baby food hit our shelves and we have never looked back. Parents bought the food because it was a healthier choice for their children, free from harmful pesticides and chemicals.
We now have a couple of new organic offerings for our clients - organic baby clothing and organic baby bedding. These products are free from dyes and chemicals that are commonly found in store bought products and that could be harmful for your baby.
We have found that in the few short weeks we have had organic baby clothes that they have been flying off of the shelves. It looks like organic products are going to stay.
