How Important Is The Bowel For Our Health?

Disease takes many different forms, and can manifest in almost an infinite number of pathologies. Regardless, it has now been established by many authorities that virtually all disease manifests within the bowel. Upon thinking about this further, it is not difficult to understand why, as the bowel is an area for elimination, and when elimination does not occur as it should, toxic compounds develop and over time lead to pathologies within the body.

When fecal matter stays in the body longer than 24 hours, rather than being eliminated promptly as it is meant to be, poisonous toxins build up in the bowel. This harmful matter is then absorbed by the portal vein and the toxins are passed on through the liver to the rest of the body. The proper elimination process has gone awry and the body becomes ill.

The modern diet has become the biggest threat to our health. Our body has had to adapt to enormous changes in our diet and has done so by altering the immune system. The immune system has relocated itself to fight off the body’s attackers at the site where it is needed the most – the gut. Now a large majority of the immune system, over 80%, is located in the gut. This is called Gut Associated Immune Tissue or GALT.

The human physiology has developed in response to changes that take place over very long periods of time. What has happened is that within the period of less than 100 years, we have moved from a diet consisting primarily of raw vegetables, fruits and legumes to a diet that is mostly processed – resembling in no way, shape or form food that the body’s immune system recognizes.

Refined grains, sugar free sweeteners and hydrogenated fats make up the majority of the processed food that we consume. These substances are unrecognizable to the immune system and so it goes on the offensive. From the very first bite that we take it responds automatically to the introduction of a foreign substance. It prepares the lower digestive system to deal with the food that it is about to receive. Immune markers, such as white blood cells, phagocytes and leucocytes move into the digestive system and make it ready. The body is primed for auto immune disease by processed food. A healthy portion of raw food eaten before the cooked and processed food could alter this result.

Processed and overly cooked food also depletes the body’s enzyme supplies at a much quicker rate than would otherwise be used if the food were raw and natural. From birth we are only provided with a finite amount of enzymes to get us through life, so it’s best to conserve these as much as possible.

The body has a remarkable ability to regenerate and given the right opportunity can correct a problem. In modern times, with the type of diet many of us consume, we have to put some effort into making this happen. Cleansing the bowel and removing the decay that has built up over the years is something that will aid this rejuvenation process. People have said that while they were bowel cleansing, they encountered items they had eaten long ago. One woman discovered a crayon she had eaten 40 years earlier and another passed peas she had eaten 25 years previous.

As an adjunct to the information provided above, there is a product within the market place called Miracle Mineral Supplement, and is a very powerful tool whilst detoxifying the body. This compound is chlorine dioxide, and is an immeasurably powerful parasite killer.

To better health!
