My New Diet

I have always been a little bit of a health food nut, so when a friend started talking to me about the chlorella that she was taking as a daily part of her diet, I was all ears. I am really into anything that is healthy and natural.

By the time we finished our conversation, I was totally sold on it. I went to talk to someone about getting it for myself and that is when I learned about the health benefits of taking spirulina. From the sounds of it, it was an amazing product and I knew I had to try it for myself.

I did not stop taking my barley grass, but these products too, became a part of my daily nutritional intake. Some people in my family think that I am weird, but I can honestly say that I am much healthier than every single one of them.
