When I was in high school and preparing for the rest of my life, I knew that I wanted a degree in English.  I thought that there was no better choice than to go back to the homeland and study English in England.  I got my parents blessing and decided to look further into what it would take to make this happen.

I talked to my guidance counselor who gave me a list of good UK English language schools and I started the application process.  It did not take long before I was accepted at one of the schools, and I was so happy as this school had been my first choice.

I remember being so nervous embarking on this new chapter of my life as I was going to be so far from home.  It did not take me long to find my place there and to this day, I think it was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life.  It is now the place that I call home.
