Where’s the Beef? Certainly Not Here!

I grew up in a family of vegetarians. I did, when I was older, try meat, but I really did not care for it. Thus, I remained the vegetarian that I was raised to be. Vegetarian cooking has come a long way since I was a child. I remember finding it very difficult to order a vegetarian meal in a restaurant.

I am the biggest fan of Indian vegetarian food, so I was very excited when a restaurant opened up in the neighborhood that specialized in this. I knew that I was going to be their best customer because they served what I liked best and I also happened to love eating out. I felt like I now had the best of both worlds.

I have taken several friends there to eat with me and many of them have admitted that they found the India vegetarian food to be better than the Indian foods containing meat. This restaurant has even helped me to convert a few people to my crusade of not slaughtering helpless animals for food.
