I came across a website that was offering free Motorola ringtones and I had to stop and take a look, as I have a Motorola phone. The website was not run by Motorola, so I was wondering how they could offer free ring tones. And, being the curious person I am, it got me to looking at other sites.

Up to this point I had never been one to download ringtones. I bought my cell phone for function, not to play with, as a toy, and it really drives me nuts when I have to listen to really annoying ringtones all the time. It seems like everywhere that you go, the more annoying they get.

I had a few Cingular ringtones that came with my phone, but I was always more of a regular ring tone type person. I did, however take a look at the site downloaded a few. They are ones that most people would find boring, but I like them and I was proud that I had taken the initiative to do something out of my comfort zone.

As much as I love running websites, I just feel that I don’t have enough time in the day to do everything.  Between life, work, and my sites, it seems there is not a free moment left to do anything.  The result of this is everything suffers in those three categories, and I am unable to perform my best.

Frustrated and searching for answers I found myself online, looking for someone that had the same problems as I did, looking for a solution.  I came across a blog that suggested that a big lesson for most people starting a business was realizing that they didn’t have to do everything themselves.

Reading down the article, I realized that I could just pay someone to do certain aspects of my business that I didn’t really need to be doing myself.  I thought that I would try it out first with trying to find some link building services – the website marketing had been taking too much time.

I found an SEO company that would do directory submissions for me for a reasonable price.  Not only would this save me time, but it would make my website promotion – and life easier.  I am going to see how it works out and the effect it will have on both my life and business.  So far, even the decrease in my stress level is great!

When we were first getting into buying real estate for profit, I did a lot of research on how to be a good landlord. I figured that the better landlord I was, the better the tenants would be and vice versa.  I downloaded a bunch of paperwork and e-books from the Internet. I also talked to some friends of mine who had been doing it for awhile.

One important part of making sure that you get good tenants is to do a thorough job of tenant referencing. I wanted to go deeper into this than just calling the numbers that the perspective tenant wrote on their application.

Another great tip that has helped me to get good paying tenants is to do tenant credit checks.  If their credit is bad, or they have failed to pay their bills on time, usually you can count on them to not pay their rent on time either.

Sure these two techniques help you weed out the bad candidates, but they still slip through once in awhile.

While I was in college and studying to become a social worker, I had the opportunity of living a semester like I was an immigrant to Canada.  It was a great learning experience for me, as I was going to be working with immigrant families when I received my degree. I sat in on an Canadian Immigration Interview, so I would more fully understand how to prepare families for this type of thing.

I was even given a copy of the Canadian Citizenship Test to also help me be able to prepare families for this leg of immigration. I was surprised at how difficult it was, and was glad that I was given a copy, as I would have had no idea of how to prepare them for this.

I even got to have a copy of the written Ontario G1 test to help them prepare for acquiring a drivers license to drive in Ontario. This is important to help them to be able to commute for work. It was a great experience and I feel that I am better able to prepare them, now that I am finished my degree.

I had heard about a good gaming forum that my good buddy, the gaming guru, likes to participate in. He accredits being such a good player to this forum, as he says that a lot of the tips he gets, that make him a good player, he learns from reading and contributing on the forum. I thought if I ever wanted to compete on his level, I should try joining it too.

I had previously been a member of a mobile forum, so I wasn’t completely lost as to knowing what a forum was. But I did not know a lot about forums, so it was a learning experience for me all the way. I have to admit that I did learn lots, but am not ready to go head to head with my friend just yet.

I think I should consider buying one game controllers from an India gadget website – that would be the same that my buddy has. He can take it with him anywhere, so he always has something to practice on and he is getting really good. He is considering entering at a competition level – I think he should.

My dad has two Budge SUV covers for his Ford Explorer and he uses them all the time. He has recently become the proud owner of a new Honda bike and it is definitely his new baby. I am happy for him because he deserves it.

With his birthday, I wanted to get him something that he will love. It hit me that the best idea would be to find him some motorcycle covers, like the ones he has for the Explorer. It was a grand idea and now I am on a mission to find some really good quality ones.

I decided to go to a place that deals with truck covers and enquire about ones for bikes. They didn’t have any on hand, but said that they would be happy to order some in for me. They found a catalogue that contained an assortment of them and I decided which I wanted. They came in last week. I am so going to be Dad’s favorite this year.

It is crazy trying to get a car rental Miami. I didn’t think to book it in advance and when my plane landed, the airport was crazy busy and there were line ups like you wouldn’t believe at all of the car rental terminal places. I was wondering if it was always like this or if I had come on a bad day.

I decided to ask my buddy about it, as he was always going to Miami for business trips and I figured he would have told me about this if it were something that happened on a regular basis. I decided against the car rentals Miami for the moment and caught a cab instead.

A few days later, when I needed a car rental Tampa, I had a much easier time. The line ups were short and the staff was prompt and courteous. I had a much nicer time and I thought I would be glad to do more business here and forego Miami all together.

I am planning my first vacation abroad and am so excited. I have never done anything like this before, so when I was asked by a friend if I wanted to join her on a purchasing trip to Europe for her business, I jumped at the chance. I am going as her assistant and I know that there is a lot of work involved, but I also know it will be great to see another part of the world.

Our first stop will be in Italy, where we will be buying Italian leather for imported sofas. I have always dreamed of going to Italy and she said if everything goes according to schedule, we will have enough time left to go sightseeing for a couple of days, before we move travel to Greece.

Greece is a place that everyone dreams of going to at some point in their life. We are going to have a lot more time in Greece. Hopefully a full week after we are finished with business. I am going today to have my passport photo taken and I have never been more excited about anything in my whole life – I can’t wait to travel to Europe.

My mom works at the bank and her job is dealing mainly with mortgage loans. She loves what she does and especially loves being able to help families get into their first homes. I, however, think the job would be boring and tedious. I have always been more of a hands on type person.

That is why I decided, for a career, that I was going to be the person who finds all of the best mortgage leads. I had learned a lot from my mom, and I wanted to follow in her footsteps a little bit, but still be uniquely me in my job.

I learned all there was to know on different types of mortgages, such as FHA loans and that type of thing. I wanted to be able to help people without just sitting behind a desk all day, because that is just not me.

I now have a great little business and it is definitely the real estate place in our small city. I am trying to talk my mom into going into business with me, but she is pretty settled where she is and has been there a long time.

Now, a website by itself doesn’t do much – it just sits there.  Sure, you could pick a domain name that most people would just randomly type in to get traffic, but usually most of those names are taken.

So, as a webmaster, you need to develop some link building strategies to get your site noticed.  You don’t have to be a rocket scientist, or have piles of money to do link building, rather the discipline and drive to succeed.

Some examples of link building ideas include blog commenting, forum posting and article submissions.  At the same time you are focusing on building links, you need to make sure to find sites that are authority sites in your niche, and get links on them as well.  These high value links will help you to establish your site as an authority site as well.

Be sure to take the time to market your site after you have it up.  Without anyone knowing it is there, your website will fail.  But, if you build up some links to it, you will be pulling in the traffic and sales too.
